Agitated

It is not even 10AM yet and I am already highly agitated. I needed to contact a vendor to check on a trouble ticket. I clicked on the IM link so I did not have to wait on the phone. The applet started and it told me that I was behind 2 other users. OK, I would prefer to look at the screen and listen to my headphones while I wait the listen to their hold message. I sat and wathced the screen and after a few minutes it told me that I was next in line. I was patiently waiting my turn when the window started to change, I thought great here we go. I was wrong, the message went from you are next in line, to there are no available agents, please try again later. Um, I had just waited 45 minutes to have the window close on me. I hit the button again and was told that I was fourth in the queue. Bullshit! I picked up the phone and called the vendor. I waited about 15 minutes there but did talk to someone. About 15 seconds after I hung up the phone, one of the shit heels up here started in on a tirade about business cards. He had been waiting for them for two months and somebody needed to get him his cards. Well the annoying admin pulled out one of his cards from her desk. She didn't have the box, well it turns out that he did, at his desk, what a dipshit. He already pissed me off by getting on my case about my order for him. It has only been a week and it usually takes at least 30 days. The morning is not going very well yet. Hopefully things will change later in the day.
